Suresh Patil
Founder & Managing Director
Suresh founded SP Gold Elevators in 2009 after nearly two decades as a senior engineer at a multinational elevator OEM. His hands-on background in traction and hydraulic systems — combined with a sharp commercial instinct — shaped the company's reputation for technical rigour and on-time delivery. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University and is a member of the Elevator Industry Association of India.
Priya Patil
Director — Operations & Finance
Priya oversees project delivery, procurement, and financial operations across all SP Gold Elevators projects. She introduced the company's ISO-aligned project management framework and AMC tracking system, which reduced service response times by 40%. She holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a B.Com from Fergusson College.
Rajiv Nair
General Manager — Engineering
Rajiv leads the engineering division, overseeing installation quality, modernisation design, and technical training for field teams. He has personally supervised over 200 elevator installations across residential, commercial, and hospital projects. A certified elevator inspector, Rajiv also represents SP Gold Elevators in statutory inspections and regulatory submissions.

Technical Team
Anil Deshmukh
Senior Installation Engineer
Anil specialises in MRL and gearless traction elevator installations for high-rise residential and commercial projects. He has led installation teams on projects ranging from 8 to 32 floors and is the go-to engineer for complex shaft configurations and tight project timelines.
Meena Kulkarni
Modernisation & Controls Engineer
Meena leads the modernisation division's technical execution, specialising in microprocessor control panel upgrades and VFD drive installations. She has modernised over 80 elevator control systems and is certified in Schneider Electric and Siemens drive technologies.
Santosh Jadhav
AMC & Maintenance Supervisor
Santosh manages the company's Annual Maintenance Contract portfolio, overseeing a team of eight field technicians across Pune and Nashik. He introduced a digital service-log system that gives clients real-time visibility into maintenance history and upcoming service schedules.
Vikram Shinde
Electrical & Safety Systems Engineer
Vikram handles all electrical design, ARD commissioning, and safety device testing across new installations and modernisation projects. He is a certified electrical supervisor under the Maharashtra Electrical Inspectorate and has a strong track record in zero-defect safety audits.
Deepa Rane
Site Coordinator & Client Liaison
Deepa is the primary point of contact for clients during active installation and modernisation projects. She coordinates between site teams, procurement, and clients to ensure schedules are met and clients are kept informed at every stage. Her background in civil engineering gives her a practical understanding of site constraints and builder coordination.
Ravi Pawar
Lead Field Technician
Ravi is one of SP Gold Elevators' most experienced field technicians, handling emergency breakdowns, rope replacements, and pit inspections across the AMC portfolio. Known for his methodical approach and calm under pressure, he has a 100% passenger-safety record across over a decade of field work.
